Before becoming a leading organisational psychologist, Austin held senior sales and business development positions in the security, construction, and food and beverage sectors in Singapore and Hong Kong. This diverse background allows him to combine psychological science with practical commercial understanding when working with organisations and executives in the Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Telecommunications, Finance, Legal, and Media industries, as well as international NGOs.
